ANST - Directions to Steppes Fighter Practice

Greetings,

We need the directions to the Steppes Fighter Practice that will be held this
coming Sunday.  We will be coming down from the north.  If these directions
have already been posted, sorry for asking again.  
Also..yes or no on the combat archery at thjis practice?  I need to know if I
need to bring my stuff.
