ANST - A different Gulf Wars Topic..... Early Arrivals

I found out to late last year that people were allowed on site early to help
with the work that must be done for such a grand event.
Will this be allowed again this year?
When can we arrive?
How much work vs Free time will be involved?
does it cost any extra???
I am planning on arriving in the area Sat Morning
and goof around for the weekend so I might as well come in and help set
things up.
