:change their reservations to tenting (you know what they say about
:assuming...).  I will be happy to send refunds before the war to any
:gentle who wants one.  My only request is that they either send back
:their postcard included in their pre-war booklet or e-mail me.  I do not
:believe it would be good to do this over the phone because it does not
:give us a written record.  For the problem of cashing the checks without
:receiving bed space:  I believe this is common practice to deposit
:checks as they come in.  Had we not deposited them people would have
:probably been calling wondering why we were holding their checks.
