ANST - queens site address

The site is at 12606 Settemont. That's SETTEMONT (no "L"). If you try to find
"Settlemont" on a map you won't find it! If you examine the map in the Black
Star closely, you'll see where some helpful soul has used a pen to add an "l" to
Settemont, "correcting" it to Settlemont (in error). I admit that "Settemont"
sounds strange (unless you're French), but that's *really* the name of the street.
