Greetings,

Some one may have already mentioned this but, if you can get a hold of
Adobe's PhotoShop 5 or one of Adobe's new Photo Deluxe programs they can fix
it.  (The new Adobe programs come with a
nice feature called (I believe) "Red Eye" and is meant to be used for this
exact purpose.
If someone can scan it I can probably fix it.
