They work well and have been popular items at merchants' booths  at Pennsic and
Gulf.............................  If you mean the gel filled tubes that you tie
around your neck.  One word of caution -- don't keep it in your ice chest.  It
gets too cold and could adversely affect the wearer if he/she is overheated.
