ANST - Dog - Found at Warlord

At Warlord I was talking to the steward of the event and she happened to
mention this situation with a dog. The story is thus: Animals were not
allowed at this event and this person that brought this dog was a newcomer
(1st event I think) and agreed to keep the pet kenneled for the weekend.
Alas, this apparently didn't happen for what ever reason and this poor dog
ended up nearly drowning. Now that you all know this story I would like to
remind you all that this person more than likely is not on this list and
neither is the steward ( I believe) so announcing about this found dog on
this list probably will not do any good. Second, we don't know the situation
about how this dog got loose. The owner may very well be frantic about his
lose. So making statements about neglect at this point in time is useless
and is helping no one.
On the other hand I would like to say VIVAT! to the kids that saved this
dog. They did a very noble thing. In addition I will contact the steward
about this dog and maybe she will remember where the owner is from and we
can contact someone from that group that might know them.
