ANST - Sir Henri--Equestrian rules

Sorry for the use of bandwidth, but could Sir Henri
please let me know where I can find the rules and
guidelines for Equestrian Events and also the
Inter-kingdom information I would greatly appriciate
it.  I have 2 people other than myself who plan on
entering the SCA and are interested in the Equestrian
Guild and compititions.
