Lets take a look at two situation.
The higher the number the better the fighter. It does not matter who the 
fighter is.

The Best man won.

Now, the same situation except "10" drops out and never intended to win.

              - - 5 wins
5\          /
    - - - -5/
3/

"5" is the winner, and not the best man. If "8" had faught "5", then "5" 
would have lost. The best man lost because of a man who had no intent to 
win. Is it right or wrong? That is the final question.
