Then perhaps it's time to put a few of them back on the elevator and send it down.  And I'm not only talking about Laurels and Pelicans; there's quite a few out there wearing the white belts/baldrics that could stand a ride south until they learn how to act in public or on a list field.  When you've been elevated to a position of respect, you should at least learn to behave in a respectful manner.

Flame me for this if you will, but this is my opinion and I'm entitled to it.
