ANST - limits on reigns

I hear how lucky Ansteorra has been in its Kings.  I would like to add that
we do not entirley depend on this luck. We do have a way of dealing with
crowns who should not have won.
It has never been used to my knowlege, however the Lions of Ansteorra do
have the authority to remove a crown who abuses their power.  These persons
are members for life, so in theory are above the current politics.  I
personnally, would not like to see term limits from the BOD.  There are ways
of dealing with these issues locally.
