ANST - How I spent my Not At The War week

Well, financial considerations aside, my kids came down with
chickenpox, and I am kind of tied down to the house.

On the other hand, a friend called last night, in desperate situation
because his rider had to cancel, and he needed company to drive down
with.  So Sir Thorgierr is warring without me or my pox-inflicted
kiddoes. (sigh)

And I can't even attend any "pity party" with my infectious brood.  I
guess I will be feeling sorry for myself here all by myself.
