This is *not* true.  Baldar blunts are in fact legal here... as well as
being the most reliable and durable arrow you can construct.  I forward the
idea that if more of our archers were using these we would be able to bring
more of the same arrows to consecutive wars.  Baldars are where it's at.

Dieterich (who can recognize a Baldar ringing off his helm about 30 seconds
into any given battle)
