The Red Tape Event (Kingdom Officers' Workday) was announced by Sir 
Burke in his letter in the March Blackstar.  More detailed information reached 
the Kingdom Officers the middle of March.  This is really work time for the 
Kingdom and regional officers but anyone can attend and listen (your input 
may be limited) if they are interested.  All the meetings are in modern clothing 
and there are no planned activities after the meetings.
