ANST - List notes...

Good Morning,

Since I have had to return a number of messages this week for
"improper" editing, I thought I would restate the issue.

The Ansteorran list is setup to detect (some what fuzzily) when
someone has left "too much" of a previous message in a post. It then
sends the message to me for approval.

If I see that the message left "too much" of the previous message in,
usually due to failure to properly edit the message, I will reject
the message and send a note to the author.

If I see that the message is either forwarded from another list or a
good attempt at editing was made I will approve the message to be
  posted.

Everyone please try to edit your messages in order to reduce
unnecessary cluttering of email. This is particularly a case for those
people who read the digest list or have to actually pay for the
  bandwidth downloaded.

  Please be considerate.

I apologize for this inconvenience to those authors who are being
  rejected.

In Service,
