ANST - Banners Needed for ATYC!

I talked to Mari, who assures that Bjornsborg will have a banner there.  About how
big are the banners?

Could the Randall in question be Viscount Randall von Nordlichwald, who was a
Prince of the Principality of Ansteorra?  Could one of the unid'd ones be
Constance St. Dunstan's...she was Randall's Princess?
