Good Morning,

  I've asked politely and many people did not comply. Now technology
  will take over.

  The list is now back to be monitored for "too much" included text.
  Messages with "too much" included text will be sent to the list
  administrator for approval. When I look at the message, it will be
  either approved or an error will be returned to the user to clean up
  their message.

  To avoid this situation, please edit the message you are responding
  to in order to only include the relevant parts. Please keep enough to
  have it make sense, but not so much as to make it a nuisance to the
  list members, especially those reading the digest version.

  Above all, avoid "Me too" messages with the entirety of the previous
  message included.

  Unfortunately it has not been a single individual, but several
  people. The main culprits seem to be using AOL or Outlook as their
  mail client.

  I apologize, but not much, for this inconvenience. If people return to
  proper editing of messages, the filter will be removed once again. As
  well, I will be monitoring the filter closely to make sure no mishaps
  occur.
