ANST - Men's costumes

I have found a lot of information on costuming for men in Stephen's files
and such from other mailing lists. What I am missing now are all the rapier
sites that used to have doublet patterns and other accessories of dress for
fighting. Do any of you all have any links or have the patterns online? I do
not want to buy these things and I do have my own copies of the patterns but
there has been a request from a few folks for web sites with them on there.
I would rather point them to a URL than to send them a handout that is not
mine in the first place.
