here's a hint for a excellent starting place for all those who have lost email 
address's or are seeking someone and you know that they are active in a 
newsgroup somewhere ...

checkout the following url:

by using the advanced serach page, it's rather easy to seek out postings and 
snag a person email address

also, run your email address through there and ponder the internet concept of 
"you own your words" (g)  ... and remember that tools such as these are readily 
available to current and future employers, aquaintances (you do check out 
people you meet online don't you ...), etc ...
