ANST - ISO: missing kingdom banner

At Westgate's Winter Collegium there was a huge Ansteorran banner
hanging outside the hall.  Someone apparently was kind enough to pack
it, but we haven't been able to locate it since.  It's one of the big
weighted kingdom "curtains" used at TRF.  If you know where it is,
