If these are the banners that were made for a previous celebration (I think,
10th Year?), the Mooneschadowe banner was incorrect because, at that time, we
had *just* received confirmation from Laurel that the requested arms change was
passed. Essentially the laurel wreath moved from the field up to the chief &
changed colors.
