the five regions (northern, central, southern, coastal and western)

Orders:
Order of the Chivalry
Order of the White Scarf of Ansteorra
Order of the Rose
Order of the Lions of Ansteorra
Order of the Knights of the Sable Garland

Activities:
Archery
Equestrian
Squires, Cadets (I mention them because they already have their own list)

Did you also wish to include the sundry Baronial service orders?
