How about the Peoples Liberation Front of Ansteorra, and the Ansteorran

Seriously, half of what you describe here is already found in the Order of
Precedence.  Maybe you should just take that, break it down by award, and
then add any guild or social group that people want added.  Otherwise what
you will end up with is a massive cross index of every person in the Kingdom
(and out of kingdom) by award, interest, affiliation, and expertise. And
location.  To keep such a listing updated would almost be a full time
effort.  I know we have enough trouble just keeping our baronial populace
list up to date...

Of course, if you did accomplish this, we could give you that special award.
The one where the insignia is a white jacket with arms that tie in the
back... :)
