You've really specified too large a subject. "Jewelry" through the entire
period of the SCA is an ENORMOUS field of information.

I have a lot of excellent resources for photos and information on Viking
Age jewelry. That alone is a huge field as well. There are glass bead
necklaces, silver and gold twisted/braided rings and arm rings, stamped
sheet metal bracelets and pendants and brooches, cast brooches and pins and
belt mounts, in bronze, silver or gold, etc. etc. etc. One of the best
visual resources is the World of the Vikings CD-ROM, which I have a copy of
thanks to Lady Fiona ni Cealleagh, who was a wonderful generous sweetheart
and got one for me.

I also have a wonderful book called "Moravia Magna" which has an enormous
selection of period Moravian jewelry, especially earrings, buttons, rings,
belt mounts and strap-ends.

So, what period are you interested in? Are you interested in only one
period?

What type of jewelry are you interested in? All? Or just one or two of:
glass beads, enameling, wire jewelry, sheet metal fabrication jewelry, flat
cast jewelry, lost wax casting jewelry, etc.?

If you can narrow the field of interest some, I'm certain that we can
direct you not only to a variety of sources, but also to the craftsmen in
Ansteorra who are working in that field.
