must be preregistered to be in the Royal encampment. the only exception will 
be the Queen's champion( considering the short notice for the winner).
YOUR PREREGISTRATION FORM MUST BE RECIEVED BY COOPERS LAKE CAMPGROUND NO 
LATER THAN 1JUNE 1999
