it's hard to say if every 5 years or ten years would be better, with several 
wars a year and individual kingdoms aniversary celebrations (ATYC for 
example) SCA aniversary bashes could be really costly to some kingdoms. I 
personally like the every 10 years, so as not to over do it, and perhaps it 
is posible spacing them out a little would increase the draw a bit. 
anticipation ya know!
