ANST - Rules for the List

Welcome to the Ilse of Mann.  Where Viking Warrior meets Scottish Clannsmen. 
   All are invited to test their metal within the Ring of Tourches, Thursday 
evening at 9:00pm, on the main list field.

All fighting will be done with center boss round shield, which will be 
provided.  If you supply your own, then it should be no larger than 28" 
across and approved by the marshall.

Rounds will be fought with:

Sword and Shield
Axe and Shield
Great Axe
Spear
Single Axe

Weapons for each round will be chosen by audience participation.

The tournament will be a standard double elmination tournament. For those 
not fighting in the tournament, and who would like to participate, we would 
love for the populace to bring drums to help encourage the fighters.

Prizes will be armour pieces made by Baron Duncan.  The winner of the list 
will receive a tooled leather body belt.

There will be other prizes awarded for feats of great valour, and most 
dramitc death.
