Please note, while this limits the bickering of what is and what isn't the
rights of a customer in this regards, it in no way limits your rights to
bring up reasonable alternatives to the problem. I think discussions
regarding how to solve the problem instead of complaints regarding the
change of date are still valid.

As well, I was reminded that Lucais is the Gulf War Liaison and his contact
information can be found in the back of the BlackStar.
