looks like just another way to disguise commercial spam advertising .... 
suggest it be treated as such.  

as a general rule, for those who value their privacy and detest 
unsolicited commercial spam, i would conucil that anyone who recieves 
such "surveys" simply delete them and never answer them ... for the most 
part they are simply marketers information gathering scams trying to slip in 
under the radar
