I hadn't heard this, but if CNN's Lynn Russell wants to interview me, I'm 
available!

This really is odd, if you think about it.  Because we (according to their 
argument) glamorize medieval life, the (suspected) computer catastrophes of 
the so-called Y2K bug is our fault.  There's a huge gap in logic here 
somewhere.

I think it's really those Rev War re-enactors!  Those triangle hats (usisng 
a form of pyramid power) send cosmic symbols to aliens, who will attack us 
after the Y2K thing crashes our computers.  This is *clearly* the end of the 
world, unless you can fight with a halberd!

My guess is that the news account, if there was one, was in The Onion, who 
already did a story on the SCA taking over Russia.
