ANST - Missing gauntlets

This weekend at Bordermarch's Autumn Melees my pair of gauntlets disappeared 
from the battlefield.  I had left them at the base of a tree.  When I 
returned after the Chivalric circle, they were gone.

They are Mandrake Arms mild steel (a bit rusted), clamshell gauntlets, 
strapped, with no attached gloves or mittens.  If you have any information 
pertaining to the whereabouts of my gauntlets (or if you have them), please
