Sir Lyonel,

The OP listing given by Baron Rumil does indeed include everyone,
including immigrants to Ansteorra.  Most notably it includes those who
have been playing a very long time, and have always been in Ansteorra
even before there was Ansteorra (most noted by the dates over 20 years
ago within the list).

The OP does attempt to distinguish between those who recieved their
awards within Ansteorra and those who recieved them elsewhere, and
those who have left, and those who have passed on to the next life. 
What Baron Rumil reported simply did not capture that information from
the database, and displayed everyone regardless of kingdom, and
regardless of if they are still with us in body.
