I thought this information might be of interest to others on the list as
well as to Thomas:

I have located a supplier in Fort Worth who has provided me with the
following quotes for spun domes:

10" 14 guage steel (for helms)
10 each @ $19.65 per unit
25 each @ $11.50 per unit
50 each @ $ 8.95 per unit

8" 14 guage steel (to be cut in half for large cops)
10 each @ $16.95 per unit
25 each @ $ 9.80 per unit
50 each @ $ 7.50 per unit

6" 14 guage steel (to be cut in half for medium cops)
10 each @ $16.50 per unit
25 each @ $ 9.25 per unit
50 each @ $ 7.00 per unit
