ANST - Active of Peers

I have resisted as long as possible, now I must respond.<g>beware of bad 
humor, if you can even call it that.

Active peer, one who continues to add planks to their length, giving people 
a greater distance to walk.

Inactive peer, one who stopped adding planks and has let everyone walk right 
off the end of it.
