Here in Caid one of the best in medieval footwear is Baron Ulliam
(prounounced Liam), Baron of Dreiburgen.  You can contact him at
ulliam at aol.com.  Tell him Baroness Ulrike referred you to him. I've seen
some of his work and it is really wonderful.  His prices are not
outrageous, but then you are also paying for something that will last you a
very long time.
