ANST - Blackstar addition

In the add for Battle of the Pines in the Blackstar, there should have been
an announcement that there will be a Senescal's class on Sun. morning for
anyone in the Central Region needing one.  Also, the new Central Regional
MoC will be holding a get-to-know-me meeting Sat. afternoon.  Anyone
needing more information about the meetings or anything concerning the
event, please feel free to respond privately.  We are looking forward to a
really great time.
