My lady,

I would like to thank you for the wonderful looking menu and the
fact that you have done research and put real thought in the history
and presentation of a period feast. You even have things balanced
as far as taste and texture very well.

I will try to make it to the feast as I believe in supporting such
efforts at all times. As Othar had to put up with my complaints
about his menu selection last year I feel I should be at least
as lavish with my compliments for having the courage and zest
for presenting a feast to maintain the re-creational atmosphere
that a High Feast deserves.
