There is no problem holding Kingdom Eisteddfod in conjunction with another 
event.  The problem was one of a date conflict with the date that Steppe's 
wanted to move the events to.  It would have put two events in the same 
region on the same weekend.  It is not Kingdom Law but Kingdom Policy that 
is in effect here.
