ANST - strange craziness in the texas legislature

I don't know about the rest of it, but I know it's legal to carry firearms 
in your vehicle (so I assume this can be extended to include knives, etc) if 
you're traveling. I'm under the impression that the definition of 
"traveling" is crossing 2 county lines with the intent to stay overnight.
