ANST - Period Scottish shoes

Can anyone tell me how I might get in touch with Airthar.  I believe he is from Elfsea.  He is an excellent archer and a fine person.  He was wearing a pair of period shoes from Scotland.   I had seen them  in other web pages but the directions for making them were vague. If someone can help, Please.
