ANST - archery. newperson friendy? or not?

I notice archers because i wish i had the time to do it more often. I like to 
shoot i just find it hard to do while i am fencing,marshaling, running youth 
rapier activitys, guarding HRM ect...

no but classes, get togethers, and the like you can do. also most of the 
events that didn't have archery that i have been and asked the autocrat about 
have been because no one came to them and asked them to have one, or say they 
would run one. so perhaps someone should advocate archery shoots to more 
autocrats. and run them when they do.

getting things going? Anything that improves this kingdom ( which i feel a 
stronger archer community would do) i am interseted in. Now I ask you: Are 
you saying that if i am not an archer i have no business speaking about 
archey topics? That is no way to gain new archers in this kingdom. If you 
were the only archer i had ever met in this kingdom might have never picked 
up a bow after that remark. But thank god i know other archers.
