ANST - archery champion

I guess my problem with this champion is timing. Crown reads Black Star and
see that Ansteorra is not doing well in archery and "we must do some thing"
make a new champion to creat interest, have it anounced over the net becouse
time is short. There were several failure to comunicate that lead to this
happing I am guilte of one or more of them, but if your boss is in
transition it is hard to talk to him.
My report in the Black Star was aimed at the archers of Ansteorra but their
for all to read. Last year was a "bad" year for archery in Ansteorra for a
several reasions none of which any one person had control over.
It appears that there was great haste made in getting this out and that
several details need to be worked out. When during the reain will the
champion be selected and how will the list be run. Queens tends to be dubl
elim have not watched a Kings so don't know about it. What happens if there
is a poor showing at Stepps War Lord aka water lord. (I had not planed to be
at Stepps some thing about a 50% pentaly for not pre paying and now my job
requires me to stay in greater Bryan/College Station Metro area that week end.)
I quess my biggest question is if archery is so big an issue for our Crown
is why wasn't this anounced earler in the Black Star as part of their report?
