ANST - Squires'/Cadets' Invitational Question

Sorry it took so long to respond, I've been out of town.

I can't say any one person has been responsible for Squire's and Cadet's in
the past, but I am the autocrat for the one upcoming (December 2000).  How
may I be of service?
