In that case, you might want to consider joining the
SCA-Cooks maillist. The easiest way to join is by using
the Ansteorra web page (www.ansteorra.org). Because this
has at times (like right now) been a very busy list, I
recommend getting it in digest form.

You might also want to take a look at the food files
in my Florilegium. Most of the period recipes from the
SCA-Cooks list eventually end up there as well as some
of the commentary on a multitude of subjects.
