>From what I know you can still get sanded, de-gunked, and unpolished horns from
Tandy leather. Their site is out there at Tandy.com. Their stores no longer
exist, I know, but my husband has had success in getting horns from them via the
net.
Other than there you might want to try a search for them on the net and see what
you get.
