ANST - Midsummer's Masked Ball

An open letter to the Populace of Lindenwood and the Kingdom of Ansteorra.

	Congratulations to the Autocrat Lady Margarite McBridin and her deputy 
Marjory Macrae for a job very well done.  Lindenwood's Midsummer's Night's 
Masked Ball was the essence of the ambience of the Middle Ages.  Words 
cannot appreciate what a pleasure it was to attend an SCA event where there 
was not a sight or sound or of a cell phone.  Nor the presence of a video 
camera to have to duck, skirt, or maintain silence on the area of. 
 Merlin's Magic Boxes were whisked out, used and just as quickly put back 
under cover.  The entire night brought back fond memories of what the SCA 
is really all about; good friends, good food, and good old-fashioned period 
fun.
