I would personally like to thank H.L. Gala Cunnigham for the excellent job 
she is doing as kingdom chronicler. The position of Kingdom Chronicler is 
often a thankless one, and not a great deal of comment is heard until a 
problem comes up. As I am sure you are all aware of Gala experienced 
computer problems will trying to save the blackstar in the program she was 
using. Each time, after finishing 99% of the Blackstar, the program dropped 
the file. This happened three times.
Gala transferred all the information to a new system to use for the making 
the blackstar and this had no problems. The Blackstar for july was three 
weeks  late in getting mailed out, but it it did get mailed. The August 
Blackstar was handed out at steppes artisan, and will be mailed out this 
week. The September blackstar should return to the normal schedule.

I apologize for the computer malfunction, and the delay in the blackstar, 
but lets appreciate our kingdom chronicler even more for working  through 
all these problems.

Let's talk about something else than the Blackstar, Like say Penssic or 
Gothic War's, or Mooneschadowe Guardian
