ANST - Black Star

[Delphina Champeaux]

Greetings, 
I know that there was a major computer problem that
caused the July Black Star to be late.  I'm sure that
the delay in the Aug. issue is residual from that
problem and that HL Gala is doing her best to get the
Black Star back on schedule.
