ANST - scrolls

If you look in the back of the Black Star you'll see a section called Deputy
Heralds.  Look for "Sable Scroll" - who is now Don Duncan Hepburn.  He might
still be listed as "Deputy Sable Scroll (Fed Ex....).  His mundane name is
Wayne Ross.  You can also send them straight to Their Royal Majesties Timotheos
and Allyson, who in turn will give them to Duncan.
