Non-paid members are not computed except as wild-ass guesses on
seneschal's reports. They are just a rough number for our warm fuzzies.

Paid members are computed by corporate based on the type of membership,
by zipcode.

A groups population is determined by the *subscribing* members within
their zipcodes. Family and associate members do not count towards group
size.
